Year in Review
A Letter From the President,
It has been a busy year for us at Theta Xi Gamma Chapter, and our national HQ has taken notice!
We started the year strong by taking a record number of new members to Rising Stars and President’s
National leadership academy in St. Louis which would not have been possible without the support of our
local alumni association. When we returned from convention we went right to work with our new
associate member class breaking into a double digit member class for the first time in recent history.
While educating our associates on the Quest for Theta Xi, we also managed to become an example on
campus for Risk Management practices, receiving praise from Stevens Office of Greek life and
collaborating with the IFC to write a risk management program for events.
We are honored to receive the Presidents Cup from Theta Xi HQ, putting us in the top 5% of
Chapters nationally. It would not have been possible without a superstar executive committee
(Shoutouts to Richie!), impassioned brotherhood, and our award winning advisor of the year Andy
Cartania Γ 1112, who has been with us for many years and I hope will stay for many more. Far from
complacent, Theta Xi Gamma hopes to firm up our campus presence and philanthropy efforts over the
next year. We’re coming for you, Kansas State!
Yours In the Bonds,
Charles Cannon
